Titus Davis is Mativ's Executive Vice President, Operations.
Titus started with SWM International in 2020 and has advanced through a series of leadership roles in
operations and plant management. Following SWM’s merger with Neenah to form Mativ in 2022, he continued
to expand his responsibilities, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Operations before assuming his
current role. Prior to joining SWM, Titus held management positions in process improvement, safety, and
production with companies including Cryovac and Tyson Foods.
Titus earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from East Tennessee State
University.
