Megan is Mativ’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Megan served as the company’s Senior Vice
President of Human Resources, where she partnered with commercial and center-led functional leaders to
shape and execute HR strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
Before joining Mativ in 2022, Megan spent more than six years at Newell Brands in progressive leadership
roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Senior Manager of
Human Resources. Earlier in her career, Megan held HR management positions at Ignite USA and AHIMA.
Megan earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Clemson University and an M.A. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
