Michael Woody is Mativ’s Chief Procurement Officer.
Michael began his career in 2000 with Kimberly-Clark in supply chain and operations roles and transitioned to
Neenah following its 2004 spinoff. Over the years, he advanced through leadership positions in procurement,
strategic sourcing, and supply chain management. After Neenah’s merger with SWM to form Mativ in 2022,
Michael continued to expand his responsibilities, serving as Vice President of Procurement before assuming
his current role in 2024.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Organization Management from the
University of Wisconsin.
